As their business grew exponentially, our esteemed client of many years found themselves with a need to expand their office workspace to accommodate new employees. For CLR, the challenge was to develop a new workplace design strategy to maximize their utilities and efficiently enhance the resource planning without leading to a drop in employee productivity levels.
The CLR team devised a strategy after surveying every floor of the building and monitoring the areas used actively by employees and staff. We analyzed the areas which were left dormant or utilized inefficiently by placing tools and equipment that were hardly put to use. Through constant monitoring of all floors in the building, our facilities team was able to optimize their floor plans.
Collaborating relentless with our client teams to maximize the effect of our methods, we were able to successfully survey their building by leveraging the expertise of our facilities team. We helped our customer to maximize the unused potential of their floor space by streamlining the resources and adding more capacity, saving the cost of expenditure.
