After the pandemic hit, almost all of our customer’s employees were instructed to work remotely. In such unprecedented times, we helped this company to scale their services to reach where they were needed the most.
One of our long-term clients had to prepare to turn their on-ground operations ready for remote working conditions. The services CLR provides in their offices now needed to be remodeled to suit the regular maintenance, cleaning and desk reception, among others. Reducing overheads was the primary objective of this project.
When the operations moved largely towards a remote working environment, we collaborated with this customer to optimize the office operations by developing a new system to monitor use of resources by the 20% on-ground staff. We implemented energy saving measures and automated the bulk of operations, reducing the load of facilities and responsibilities.
Through constant monitoring and analysis of resources, the CLR team was successful in managing the daily load of 250 work orders and efficiently reduce office workspace. We helped the client to manage the footfall and render sanitization services in the workplace and minimizing risks while ensuring the business continues to grow without considerable downtime.
