All the data which is being captured by the sensors are transmitted to the FM team so that they can analyze the particular trends such as which washroom is most frequently used and which one is avoided the most and are there any washrooms that should be shut down and its space can be used for some other purpose.

In a traditional way, the higher concerned person allocate the task to the staff and the staff member do their respective job at given allocated time and it is assumed that in between the scheduled duties there would not be any need to deliver the services as everything goes fine. But this assumption is not true it degrades the level of customer experience. It is the most inefficient and outdated way of maintenance.
Sensors can alter the staff whenever there is a need to deliver the services. Manager can deploy the staff to handle such real-time based needs. It also gives the insight to the manager that where to deploy their staff and where to not, which washroom is frequently used and which is not being used.
