Joining a rapidly evolving IFM company like CLR was challenging, but Chandrashekhar embraced it wholeheartedly. He took charge of operations with unwavering dedication, going above and beyond to ensure that every task was completed to the best of his ability. One of his most notable contributions was his work in securing ESIC and PF facilities for employees.
